Hi Area Managers!

We are sooooo excited to be working with you all. Whether you are continuing as you are, simply running the odd party here and there, or you are excited about building a team – we are here for you!

There’s so much we can do together – this is just the beginning!

As you may know, we are setting up your new web pages featuring the areas that you cover, what you offer, the prices you charge and a bit of info about you. More than happy to feature photos or not, but the more you can localise your page, the better. i.e. talk about where the best parking places are for your classes, what landmarks they are near, what venues you recommend for people to hire for parties in your area (with live links to how to book them) etc. and it would also be great for you to ask those venues to link back to your page on the Popdance site – it all helps with search engine optimisation and people finding you and what you offer.

You may also have seen some Popdance Area Managers writing blogs for the Popdance website – again this is great for SEO and people finding you and what you offer, as well as them getting to know a bit more about you – people buy from people. If you fancy getting involved, give us a shout – we’d love to hear from you – and can give you ideas if you need them for what to write about.

So, what’s next? Once we’ve set up your areas and web pages, we will also give you your own Popdance email account! This gives you more professionalism when working with clients and you can also divert, or set up autoresponders, to point clients to us if you are on holiday or out teaching etc.  Don’t forget that we can access your Popdance emails if we need to – just so you are aware of that.

When all the pages are set up, we are going to change the navigation of the Popdance website – so that when clients land on our site, they enter their postcode and they will be directed to the right page on the site and how to contact the relevant Area Manager.

Once our Premium Popdance Teachers have had first refusal on vacant areas near them, we will then be actively recruiting for Area Managers to fill these vacancies – so, if you are tempted to go for a neighbouring areas, grab it now as it won’t be around for long and it definitely won’t be at the low (too good to be true) price of £25 per month as it is now for you guys.

Being an Area Manager with us at £25 per month is too good to be true – but as I explained to one of our Area Managers, we want to reward our Premium Teachers for being with us and working with us, and the Area Manager role will be a learning curve initially – we want your feedback and want you to let us know what works, what doesn’t work, what you need from us – what support etc. for us to enable you to make Popdance what you want it to be for you and your life.

Areas in the near future will be at a higher price than £25 but your POP subs will never go up whilst you are an Area Manager with us.

Hope that helps and we cannot wait to help you to grow your areas – half term is almost over, and we will be working on our Easter Camps – so if you fancy running an Easter Camp and need any help – give us a shout!

Have a fab weekend!
